Etelos Chief Product Architect Ahmad Baitalmal has successfully brought 4 versions of the Etelos Application Server and Development Environment to market. Ahmad brings 20 years of development experience to the business and his unique approach to solving customer issues has been instrumental in directing product development and deployment. He is an active leader of the product development team and has experience with Mac OSX, Linux, and Windows based technologies with C, C++, Objective-C, C#, VB (and variants), JAVA, PHP, Python, Pascal, SQL, XML and the list goes on.

Eric Berto leads the Corporate Communications efforts for Etelos, Inc. He utilizes his background in journalism and sociology to bring a people-powered approach to community engagement. As an award-winning former journalist, Eric brings an honest and in-depth approach to Public Relations and marketing. Eric started and continues to drive the Etelos blogging strategy and helps manage the company's community outreach and engagement.

Don is the VP of Strategic Development for Etelos. Based in Silicon Valley, Don's prior experience includes Microsoft Office 2007/Office Live Technical Evangelist (2003-2007) where he focused on partner development for Microsoft. Additional experience includes Sr. Director of product management at Infravio, Inc., and Group Product Manager at Interwoven.

Jeff brings more than 25 years of senior financial, strategic and operating expertise to Etelos. Most recently, Jeff was Managing Director of Investment Banking responsible for West Coast activities at Kaufman Bros., L.P. (KBRO). Prior to KBRO he served as VP/CFO of Tripath Technology, Inc.; as CFO/VP of Finance and Administration and Secretary of Silicon Storage Technology, Inc.; as President of the Garon Financial Group, Inc., a Silicon Valley venture capital and venture consulting firm; and as VP/CFO of Monster Cable Products, Inc. Prior, he held various senior financial positions with Visual Edge Technology, Inc., Oracle Corporation, Ashton-Tate Corporation and Teledyne Microelectronics. He is a graduate of California State University, Northridge and has an MBA from Loyola Marymount University.

Jim Grantham brings 20 years of software development experience to Etelos. Most recently, he was a Solutions Delivery Manager at Microsoft, and prior to that he has served as a senior consultant at Accenture and EDS, as a Naval weapons system developer at CSC, and was employee #3 at a successful tax software startup. He is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi.

Rob, Director of Customer Experience at Etelos, is a Silicon Valley veteran whose specialty is building bridges between technology and the people who use it. In addition to being a founder of SERA Learning and Rapport Systems, he has done stints at Mercury Interactive and Saba.

Scott's past lives include software engineer and manager, sales engineer, marketing executive, product management, engineering executive and customer experience expert. Scott has pioneered numerous commercial software technologies that are relevant for Etelos including development tools technology (Ingres and Neuron Data), business rules (Neuron Data), database performance expert (Ingres), data replication expert (Ingres), security systems (Gemplus), and customer experience (Satmetrix). Scott is responsible for product management and marketing for Etelos.
